Our product

  • DHA has been essential for brain evolution of modern man and is essential for maintaining eye health and brain during aging and can be considered a true ″antiaging″

  • DHA needs are particularly high in the last three months of pregnancy and during the first year, to be an essential nutrient for visual and neurological development of the child

  • All the world′s population is deficient (DHA≤100 mg / day). Lower values of 250 mg / day are considered independent risk factor

  • The recommendations of omega-3 intake by WHO, FAO and European and American Associations of Cardiology vary between 1,000 and 2,000 mg / day (1-2 capsules / day)

  • > 40 mg / kg significantly increases the concentration of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and its derivatives as protectins, neuroprotectins (NPD1) and resolvins

  • DHA can not be synthesized ″de novo″ effectively in the human body and must be ingested in the diet or by direct supplementation

  • DHA and EPA is not the main and most active omega 3 fatty acid, concentrated in retina (up 50%), brain (up 35%) and semen (over 20%)

  • The EPA significantly reduces the bioavailability of DHA, has no anti-atherogenic and cardioprotective activity and is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation
